Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role offers the unique opportunity to represent Country HR at both regional and country levels, working closely with stakeholders to transform the organisation into a high-performing culture. The successful candidate will orchestrate all HR expertise to build individual talent and foster organisational development.

What you'll do:


As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. Your primary responsibility will be advising the management team on all aspects of people management, from talent management to skill development and culture transformation. You will also manage stakeholders across various functions, ensuring alignment in system implementation, practices, and processes. As the representative for Country HR at the country level, you will handle all people-related matters. In addition, you will work closely with Centres of Excellence (COE) both domestically and internationally on recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning & development initiatives.


* Act as an advisor to the management team in areas of people management, including talent management, skill development, and culture transformation.
* Manage and guide stakeholders in different functions to align in terms of system, practice or process implementation.
* Represent Country HR for any people-related matters at the country level.
* Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (COE) in-country and overseas for recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role brings a wealth of experience in stakeholder management and has a proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultures. A strong background as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is essential. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and contribute individually when needed. Excellent command of English is required for this role, along with good communication skills and analytical agility.
