HRBP + Engagement
Our client, a global company with a multi-national culture, is seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to join their team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will provide direction and counsel in all areas of human resources, supporting various functions across the Business Unit.
What you'll do:
As an HRBP Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the human resources landscape within the business unit. You'll be entrusted with providing direction and counsel across all areas of HR, from talent acquisition to employee engagement. Your expertise will be crucial in developing policies, processes, practices, and procedures that drive success. You'll also play a key role in change management and culture development, leading engagement programs that align with regional objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to make their mark in a global company.
- Provide direction and counsel in all areas of human resources to responsible function across Business Unit.
- Support function head to develop and implement talent acquisition, talent development, talent retention and talent engagement programs.
- Manage all employee engagement aspects and activities to improve employee satisfaction.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team and support managers on recruitment activities.
- Recommend and implement policies, processes, practices and procedures.
- Analyze and partner with HR Solution Delivery team to deliver training and development.
- Lead change management and culture development by taking proactive role in assessment process and provide direction for planning and development of action plans.

- Proven experience as an HRBP in Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Experience in Employee Relation both engagement and disaplinary action case
- Ability to work individually.
