What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner and Controller based in Rayong, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda for a leading player in the eyewear industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you partnering with senior leaders across multiple functions to align business objectives with tailored HR strategies. You will leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex data sets from HR, finance, and production sources—translating these into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making. By facilitating transformation projects such as change management or talent development programmes, you will directly contribute to creating an engaging workplace culture. Your expertise will also be crucial in ensuring compliance with global standards while continuously seeking ways to improve processes related to workforce planning, cost control, headcount review, and salary monitoring. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including finance partners and global HR controllers—you will help standardise reporting practices that empower stakeholders at every level. Ultimately, your consultative approach will enhance the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through retention.
- Partner with key business leaders, site financial controllers, compensation and benefits teams, regional HR controllers, and HR services to translate business strategy into effective HR solutions.
- Collect, analyse, and translate HR, finance, and production data into actionable insights that inform decision-making for both the site and wider HR organisation.
- Drive transformation initiatives including change management, talent management, total rewards programmes, workforce planning, employee engagement activities, and employee relations consultation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines while fostering an environment of continuous improvement across all HR processes.
- Facilitate and enhance the employee journey from onboarding through development to retention by providing expert guidance and support at every stage.
- Collaborate with finance and site heads to conduct detailed analysis of HR data for cost control purposes including OPEX and labour costs.
- Lead site headcount reviews and salary cost monitoring to ensure optimal resource allocation aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with corporate C&B and global HR controllers to standardise HR reporting processes that deliver valuable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as a trusted advisor by building rapport with employees throughout the organisation and supporting their professional development needs.
- Champion improvement initiatives that enhance the quality of HR reporting, data analysis, and overall service delivery.

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources analytics, compensation & benefits (C&B), human resources information systems (HRIS), or as an HR business partner within a manufacturing environment at a multinational company.
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities combined with advanced analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues and delivering practical solutions.
- Proven capability to present findings clearly at executive level meetings using well-structured reports or presentations.
- Deep understanding of organisational structures—particularly matrix environments—and how different roles interact within them.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills enabling you to develop trust-based connections across all levels of the organisation.
- Outstanding facilitation abilities paired with excellent interpersonal communication skills that foster collaboration among diverse teams.
- Track record of transforming raw data into actionable insights tailored for various stakeholder groups including finance professionals and site leadership teams.
- Experience collaborating effectively throughout an organisation to improve reporting accuracy and depth of analysis.
