What you’ll do:
As Head of Building Management – Mall, you’ll lead all aspects of operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You’ll manage daily operations, safety protocols, renovations, and vendor relationships—while building strong connections with tenants and guiding your team to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day building operations with a focus on safety and tenant satisfaction.

• Implement loss prevention and safety measures.

• Coordinate renovations and maintenance with minimal disruption.

• Manage contracts with service providers and monitor performance.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
