Main Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage robust construction safety protocols, ensuring they are up-to-date, well-communicated, and aligned with industry regulations.
• Deliver targeted safety training and guidance, acting as the central resource for safety-related questions and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
• Regularly inspect work sites and conduct safety audits to proactively identify risks, enforce compliance, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Investigate safety incidents thoroughly, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Work collaboratively across teams to integrate safety into project planning, track performance against safety goals, and support company-wide health and safety governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of experience in managing safety on construction sites, ideally within medium to large-scale projects.
• Thorough understanding of construction safety laws and regulations, with experience applying them across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing safety standards, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH are highly regarded.
