What you'll do:
As a SSHE Team Lead, you will play a pivotal in shaping the company's health, safety, and environmental strategy. You will be responsible for supporting top management in defining SHE policy, roles, and responsibilities. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.
Support top management in defining SHE policy, roles, and responsibilities
Ensure the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the company's SHE Management System
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment System procedures.
Prepare all SHE training programs according to required regulations
Assist all related functions in their dealings with clients on all issues concerned with SHE at work
Conduct safety audits both internal and external
Enforce SHE policies and environmental compliance in all working areas
Perform Risk Assessment prior to Project Execution and operation activities
What you bring:
To succeed in the SSHE Team Lead job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams.
Bachelor’s degree in science / Engineering or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in SSHE Management System in construction, production, oil and gas or related industries
Certified as an 'Occupational Health and Safety Officer' at Professional Level
Good command of verbal and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification Process, and Incident Investigation Procedure
