What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end project execution from order confirmation to clinical activation—ensuring site readiness, stakeholder alignment, and timeline control.

  • Lead construction-related project scopes and coordinate across internal teams (sales, logistics, installation, applications) and external parties (hospitals, suppliers, contractors).

  • Maintain clear revenue tracking and forecasting aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Drive high-quality delivery through robust project planning, issue escalation, and continuous stakeholder communication.

  • Run weekly project meetings and deliver progress reports to senior leadership.

  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, compliance, and health & safety protocols at all job sites.

  • Champion a customer-first approach by nurturing loyalty, responding swiftly to issues, and ensuring smooth project handovers.

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify and mitigate risks, improve delivery cycles, and drive overall customer satisfaction.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), Science, Medical Technology, or related fields.

  • 4+ years' experience managing complex projects—ideally within medical devices, engineering, or healthcare environments.

  • At least 2 years' experience in revenue forecasting, budget tracking, or project-based financials.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication skills—able to confidently lead client meetings and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Excellent time management, analytical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in radiotherapy, neuroscience solutions, or medical imaging is highly valued.

  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
