Our client is seeking a Business Process Improvement Manager to join their team in Samutprakarn, Thailand. What you'll do:

As a Business Process Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead process improvement initiatives across various departments. You will analyse current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement lean-based solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence and cost reduction. Additionally, you will develop KPIs and track performance improvement metrics to ensure the effectiveness of your strategies. By facilitating workshops and training sessions, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Business Process Improvement Manager position brings a wealth of experience in process improvement within the manufacturing sector. You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. With at least five years' experience under your belt, you have developed strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies - certification in these would be an advantage. Your excellent problem-solving skills enable you to identify inefficiencies and devise effective solutions. You are adept at managing projects and engaging stakeholders effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in process improvement, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
