What You’ll Do
-
Partner with site leadership to craft and deploy Lean strategies aligned with factory goals.

Lead Kaizen events and facilitate daily management practices (5S, Visual Management, KPI tracking, Leader Standard Work).

Analyse key metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost) to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

Use structured problem-solving tools (A3, 8D, DMAIC, RCA) to lead impactful, data-driven projects from design through sustainment.

Drive Lean integration across the value chain—collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on VSM, SMED, TPM, and other CI methodologies.

Coach and mentor colleagues at all levels, building in-house Lean capability and fostering ownership for change.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures while promoting a culture of accountability.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
-
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience applying Lean in a manufacturing environment.

Strong track record of leading CI initiatives and driving cultural change on the shopfloor.

Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma tools; Six Sigma Belt certification is a plus.

Proficient in data analysis and visualisation using Excel; Minitab or Power BI is a bonus.

Excellent communication skills in English; ability to influence across functions and levels.

Strong mentoring ability and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
