  • Manage the effective use and maintenance of machinery and equipment so that operations remain efficient, reliable, and ready for use at all times.
  • Promote a safe working environment by implementing 5S principles and regularly measuring performance to prevent accidents and maintain high safety standards.

Your educational background equips you with technical expertise while your years on the factory floor have honed your ability to manage complex operations efficiently. You are adept at building rapport across teams thanks to your excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. Your approach combines analytical thinking with empathy; you understand how data-driven insights can lead to better outcomes but also appreciate the importance of nurturing talent within your department. Above all else, your commitment to upholding regulatory standards ensures every aspect of plant operation meets or exceeds expectations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Eng.), Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or related fields—or equivalent work experience that demonstrates deep industry knowledge.
  • More than 10 years’ proven experience in production roles within manufacturing environments; experience in the paint industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success managing large teams as well as significant production budgets while delivering results under pressure.
  • Comprehensive understanding of modern production processes, machinery operation, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication with both local colleagues and international stakeholders across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodology is considered an advantage for driving process improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust-based relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical abilities enabling you to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions that benefit overall efficiency.
