What you'll do:

• Lead multidisciplinary design and execution efforts for civil, structural, and architectural components of large industrial projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, design institutes, and construction teams to develop integrated project plans that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, monitoring adherence to specifications, timelines, and safety protocols, while proactively resolving issues as they arise.
• Manage contractor and consultant relationships, fostering effective communication and collaboration to support smooth project delivery.
• Oversee documentation and reporting, including site inspections, regulatory submissions, and project records to maintain accountability and support approvals.

What you bring:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 5-10 years’ proven experience specialising in civil-structural design and construction within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead civil/structural/architectural design processes for medium or large-scale projects from inception through completion.
• Comprehensive understanding of Thailand Engineering Standards as they apply to industrial structures.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies combined with strong cost engineering capabilities to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Advanced skills using MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for effective reporting and communication.
• Hands-on experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD and 3D modelling tools for precise design work.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities in both English and Thai languages to facilitate clear collaboration across diverse teams.
