What you'll do:

As Fund Operations Manager, you will immerse yourself in every facet of the company’s finance operations—overseeing everything from daily cash management to high-level financial reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating with internal teams as well as external partners like auditors and legal counsel. * Take responsibility for fund and deal structuring activities—including valuation tasks—and offer operational support during fundraising efforts involving vehicles such as SPCs, SPVs, SPs, or VCCs.
* Support the Investment team by delivering insightful financial analysis and operational expertise that inform investment decisions and overall fund strategy.
* Manage audit coordination and tax reporting processes for funds while maintaining strong relationships with external service providers such as auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
* Prepare and present clear financial reports to senior management and investors, providing valuable insights into fund performance.
* Lead junior team members by offering supervision, mentorship, and guidance on day-to-day tasks as well as ad-hoc projects.
