As a Senior/ Principal Consultant, you’ll be a senior figure within your team. It’s a varied role that will see you working very closely with your clients to develop robust relationships and uncover new opportunities for us to support them.


What you bring:

• 3-10 years in recruitment experience within the banking and financial services sector, demonstrating a strong track record in business development and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Demonstrates high level of integrity, despite facing challenges
• Ability to build relationships and gain commitment/ trust
• A commitment to taking ownership of your own growth and career advancement
• The creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success in changing circumstances
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, a strategic approach and a commercial focus
• Exceptional skills as a recruiter – you’ll maintain a high profile in your vertical/specialization within the company and the industry market
• Ability to think laterally to generate innovative solutions and create greater value
