An excellent Internal Audit Manager (x1 vacancy) job in Thailand has just arisen at one of the Thailand's leading and growing manufacturing companies. Your main responsibility is to to support a large, complex business unit with both local and regional remit.
What you'll do:
Establish and maintain the objectives, goals, and scope of internal audits. Develop annual audit plans, long-term audit plans, and budgets for each fiscal year. Provide reports on audit results and managements reporting. The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund
Develop and oversee the implementation of internal audit procedures and ensure compliance at all levels
Organise the structure and division of internal audit departments, as well as allocate resources accordingly
Prepare audit findings reports for management and the audit committee
Monitor and ensure adherence to audit recommendations and budgets
Supervise the performance of internal auditors, ensuring understanding of audit objectives and efficient execution of audit tasks
Review audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement
Support company policies and facilitate their implementation within the organisation
Provide guidance and ensure understanding of the role of internal audit to achieve objectives and effectiveness
Review audit reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvement
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of recommendations
What you bring:
To success in this CFO Role, you must possess a strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in strategic internal audit.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar certification preferred
Strong understanding of audit methodologies, principles, and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Thai and English languages
