What you'll do:

* Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and month-end as well as year-end closing activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
* Prepare comprehensive financial statements in strict accordance with relevant accounting standards, providing clear insights into the company’s financial position.
* Lead cost accounting initiatives and manage inventory control processes within the manufacturing environment to optimise resource allocation and minimise waste.
* Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls designed to safeguard company assets and uphold the integrity of financial data.
* Monitor budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics to provide timely feedback on financial trends and support informed business decisions.
* Coordinate effectively with external auditors and tax authorities to guarantee full compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory obligations.
* Support senior management by delivering detailed financial analysis, managing cash flow projections, and contributing valuable input to strategic planning discussions.
* Drive the implementation and ongoing optimisation of ERP systems and other financial technologies to enhance process efficiency across the finance function.

What you bring:

* A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; holding a CPA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable for this position.
* You bring at least seven years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, including more than three years spent supervising teams or projects within similar environments.
* Your background includes substantial exposure to factory or manufacturing finance functions; prior experience in the automotive industry would be particularly advantageous.
* You possess an excellent understanding of cost accounting principles as well as hands-on experience conducting thorough financial analyses relevant to production settings.
* A solid grasp of Thai tax regulations enables you to navigate compliance matters confidently while minimising risk for the organisation.
* Your approach is detail-oriented yet practical; you are analytical by nature but also enjoy working collaboratively with others to solve problems efficiently.
* Proficiency in English allows you to communicate effectively across diverse teams; familiarity with ERP or advanced accounting software further enhances your ability to streamline processes.
