What you'll do:


* Lead and manage comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making.
* Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies to maintain integrity across all financial activities.
* Develop forward-thinking financial strategies and long-term business plans in close collaboration with the executive team to support sustainable growth.
* Oversee cash flow management, capital expenditures, and working capital efficiency to optimise resource allocation throughout the organisation.
* Monitor overall financial performance while providing strategic insights aimed at improving profitability and cost efficiency across all business units.
* Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and government authorities to foster trust and transparency in all financial dealings.
* Assess potential financial risks and opportunities within the market landscape, recommending effective risk management strategies that protect organisational interests.

* Comprehensive knowledge of local Thai accounting standards as well as international frameworks such as IFRS or US GAAP.

* Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, investors, regulators, and government authorities.
