Accounting and Reporting Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounting and Reporting Manager to join a well-established organisation in Bangkok, supporting multiple entities across Thailand. This role offers you the chance to play a pivotal part in ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and effective reporting within a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll do:

• Manage the statutory report within share service center, providing support for five separate entities across Thailand.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions, including payables, receivables, asset management, and ledger entries.
• Validate month-end and annual financial submissions, with a focus on statutory compliance and joint venture processes.
• Collaborate with counterparts in overseas to streamline financial activities, document submissions, and reconciliation procedures.
• Generate and assess detailed financial reports for local and group-level analysis, including profit & loss and balance sheet reviews
• Maintain data integrity in sustainability reporting related to financial accounts.
• Work in partnership with group-level finance teams to ensure cohesive information sharing and integration.
• Provide strategic advice on financial management, including documentation and transfer pricing.
• Align financial planning data with legal accounts to support accurate analysis and forecasting.
• Engage in budgeting and forecasting initiatives to enhance financial strategy and operations.

What you bring:

• Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience is required.
• Significant experience in leading finance or accounting teams in complex, multi-entity settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements under local Thai regulations and IFRS standards.
• A dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative team players.
