Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance & Accounting to join their team. What you'll do:

As the Head of Finance & Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the accounting team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring stock requisition from the warehouse, establishing proper accounting methods, preparing tax and financial statements, reviewing reports for compliance with Thai regulations, and assisting in budgeting and business planning. You will be instrumental in driving the company's financial objectives forward.

* Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting team
* Monitor and control stock requisition from warehouse leading to physical count
* Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
* Prepare and submit monthly and yearly tax, social security, and financial statements
* Review and close monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to comply with Thai and Indonesian regulations
* Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budgeting/analysis and business plan deployment

The ideal candidate for this Head of Finance & Accounting position brings a wealth of experience in the accounting and tax field within a multinational company. Your proficiency in English communication is excellent, demonstrated. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance or related fields, you possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively lead your team.
