What you'll do:

As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's organisation. You will be entrusted with full financial management, creating robust processes that align with the needs of the company. Your expertise will be crucial in managing financial models, costing, pricing of service offerings, and accounting for capital programs and projects. You will also ensure that quarter and year-end reporting requirements are met, maintaining compliance with internal financial policies at all times. Your strategic thinking will be key in identifying process improvements within areas of financial responsibility.

* Manage full financial operations including reporting of actuals, budgets and forecasts
* Create and manage financial models, costing and pricing of service offerings
* Ensure quarter and year end reporting requirements are met
* Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
* Manage the Business Planning/Budgeting process
* Responsible for reviewing company profits and losses and making recommendations
* Manage general ledger and journal processing
* Finalize Statutory Accounts and verify payroll prior to final processing

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Finance role brings a wealth of experience in both management and accounting. Your ability to communicate effectively in English will be essential as you liaise with various stakeholders within the organisation. Your advanced Excel skills will aid you in managing complex spreadsheets while your 4-5 years' experience in accounting provides you with the necessary foundation for success. An Accounting-related License or Certificate would be advantageous but not mandatory. Above all, your confidence, innovative thinking, and global mindset set you apart as an ideal fit for this role.

* Previous Management Experience
* Ability to communicate effectively in English
* Intermediate – Advanced excel skills (spreadsheets)
* 4-5 years experience in accounting
* Accounting-related License or Certificate (if possible)
