• Manage the preparation, review, and timely submission of comprehensive financial statements and reports, including those required by regulatory authorities.
• Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws and regulatory obligations, proactively addressing any compliance issues as they arise.
• Lead, nurture, and develop a small but high-performing finance team consisting of an accountant, treasury specialist, and tax officer.
• Provide hands-on guidance to junior staff members through training sessions, mentoring, and daily support to foster their professional growth.
