Senior Manager - Internal Audit & Risk Management (200K)

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – Internal Audit & Risk Management to lead internal audit operations and enterprise risk management across both local and international entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an annual audit plan aligned with business risks and strategic goals.

• Manage a team of auditors, overseeing audit execution and ensuring adherence to professional standards.

• Review and validate audit findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and present to the Audit Committee.

• Evaluate internal control systems, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, regularly updating risk profiles and mitigation plans.

• Oversee the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and coordinate crisis management activities.

• Collaborate with various departments to identify, assess, and manage operational and strategic risks.

• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to internal audit and risk management staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit and risk management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRMA are strongly preferred.

• Solid knowledge of audit standards, risk management practices, and internal control frameworks.

• Experience in multinational organizations or managing audits across international operations is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• High integrity, strategic thinking, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
