As a senior legal counsel and licensed lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience, Roi is currently the Chief Legal Counsel (Head of Legal) of Ascend Money Group of Companies, one of the region’s prominent fintech players. He is responsible for the legal affairs of the Group’s entire operations, including managing a team of legal counsels, both at headquarter and overseas, as well as building legal standards and manuals.
Prior to his current role, Roi was a Senior Counsel APAC in Bombardier Transportation, and before that, a Senior Counsel at Dej - Udom & Associates Limited, one of Thailand’s most renowned law firms. He consulted for numerous corporations (MNCs) on various legal and business issues, with special emphasis on cross-border investments & transactions, technology, M&As, anti-trust and complex contracts, etc. Roi has also worked with major corporations and law firms in the U.S., Far-East and Europe.

Saovapa is currently the Regional Legal Counsel - Asia Pacific for Tyson. She brings with her an extensive legal experience of over 12 years as a professional and corporate lawyer in both local and multinational companies, enabling her to be both practical and business-oriented.
Before taking on this role, Saovapa was Legal Lead – Emerging North Asia Cluster of the first range of the pharmaceutical company, Pfizer. At Pfizer, she had the opportunity to provide oversight and guidance to legal functions in the Emerging North Asia Cluster (ENAC), including Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Indochina countries (Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos), and managed a team of legal professionals across the cluster; developing her colleagues' capabilities and positioning the countries for success.
