As a Senior AI & Copilot Presales Expert, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, innovation driver, and solution architect, helping organizations reimagine productivity, automate complex workflows, and build intelligent, scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead consultative discovery sessions with C-level stakeholders to identify business challenges and define AI-driven use cases
• Translate customer priorities into actionable AI transformation roadmaps leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent frameworks
• Design and deploy Declarative Agents within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to address business needs
• Build and govern intelligent agents using Copilot Studio, including custom topics, orchestration, and API integrations
• Develop custom AI agents using Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry), implementing RAG patterns and managing the AI lifecycle
• Architect scalable AI solutions using Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Functions
• Simplify complex AI architectures (e.g., RAG, orchestration frameworks) into clear, compelling business value narratives
• Own the end-to-end Proof of Concept (PoC) lifecycle—from solution design through execution—demonstrating business value and feasibility
• Showcase Copilot Studio capabilities and Azure-based agent workflows to drive stakeholder alignment and buy-in
• Deliver high-impact executive presentations highlighting ROI, innovation, and transformation outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to co-develop AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Lead technical presales activities including RFPs, RFIs, solution proposals, and large-scale deal pursuits
• Drive innovation initiatives leveraging Microsoft Foundry for enterprise-scale AI applications
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards
• Integrate enterprise data sources (e.g., APIs, databases, Microsoft Graph) to enable context-aware AI solutions

Key Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is a plus)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agent frameworks
• Hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry)
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Functions)
• Solid understanding of modern AI architectures (e.g., RAG, orchestration layers)
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite level)
• Strong presales experience with a track record of winning complex deals
• Excellent storytelling and demo skills—able to simplify complex ideas
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, global environments
