Microsoft Presales & Solution Envisioning Lead

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Presales & Solution Envisioning Lead to drive strategic presales engagement and shape high-impact solution opportunities in close collaboration with regional teams and global technology partners.

This role is instrumental in influencing early-stage deals, enabling co-sell motions, and positioning integrated solutions across cloud, data, AI, and security domains. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping translate business priorities into scalable, future-ready architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic presales lead for Microsoft-aligned opportunities across multiple regions
• Drive early-stage solution envisioning across cloud platforms, data & AI, and digital transformation initiatives
• Lead executive workshops and discovery sessions to define business outcomes and technology roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, alliances, and product) to align strategies and execution across regions
• Engage with international stakeholders and Microsoft counterparts to support joint go-to-market and co-sell initiatives
• Shape joint offerings, reference architectures, and industry-specific solutions
• Advise regional sales and presales teams on complex, multi-solution pursuits
• Contribute to partner governance cycles, including quarterly and annual planning
• Enable internal teams on go-to-market strategies, solution positioning, and value articulation

Key Requirements
• Minimum 6 years in presales, solution consulting, or technology advisory roles
• Strong exposure to Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Data & AI, Power Platform, Security)
• Demonstrated ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, enterprise transformation, and AI-driven solutions
• Experience working in cross-regional or global matrix organizations
• Proven track record of collaborating with international teams and global technology partners
• Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud, data, or AI transformation programs
• Relevant cloud or data certifications are advantageous
