  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring all client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in digital commerce, cloud migration, CRM/ERP integration, and performance marketing to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to further expand your reach within the Thai enterprise landscape.

  • 7–12 years of proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales within Thailand’s technology sector, ideally selling digital transformation or e-commerce platform solutions to large accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets through consultative selling approaches focused on value creation for clients.
  • Established relationships with senior decision-makers at major organisations in Bangkok—particularly those responsible for IT strategy or digital innovation initiatives.
  • Fluency in both Thai (native level) and English (business proficiency), enabling effective communication with local stakeholders as well as international colleagues.
  • Deep understanding of the digital commerce ecosystem—including website development, UX/UI design, system integration (CRM/ERP), cloud migration (AWS/Google Cloud), data analytics platforms (CDP), and performance marketing tools.
  • Ability to independently manage complex sales cycles from lead generation through proposal development, negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale relationship management.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
