Chief Commercial Officer (IT solution provider)
A dynamic, growth-focused organization in IT consultancy and solutions provider is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive operational excellence and support strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the company vision into actionable operational and commercial strategies.
- Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, fostering alignment, accountability, and high performance.
- Identify emerging business opportunities, market trends, and operational efficiencies to support growth.
- Oversee core operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and quality.
- Implement governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and other stakeholders to safeguard profitability and enable sound decision-making.
- Support business growth initiatives, including strategic client relationships, partnerships, and commercial operations.
- Enhance repeatable processes for pipeline management, deal execution, and revenue operations.
- Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability across the organization.
Key Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience, ideally as COO, VP Operations, or equivalent in technology, professional services, or digital transformation sectors.
- Strong track record in scaling organizations, operational excellence, and P&L management.
- Experience in B2B enterprise markets and complex project-based delivery preferred.
- Strategic, results-oriented, with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
