An exciting Channel Sale Executive (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the fast growing global software firms based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnership, this is a role for a channel representative who is a leader in their field.
About the Channel Sale Executive Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of Local/Regional ITSM and CX partners to drive channel growth strategy. You will be driving 3 pillars of channel business growth through Reseller Partners, Solution Consulting Partners, and Delivery Partners.
The salary range for this role is THB100k - 150k per month + incentive + allowance.
- Enable and build a GTM plan to drive 3X pipeline through partners
- Build product and domain expertise by understanding our solutions and product functionalities, market positioning, competitive landscape, and product benefits to customers
- Establish a Subject Matter Expert role inside partners as a Sales Coach, Product Specialist, and Business Strategy Owner inside with the Partner BU and Partner Sales Leads
- Establish and maintain healthy relationship with partner teams, prospects and customers in various geographies
- Should have a strong experience working with ITSM/DX/CRM/Software/SaaS Partners in-region. Preference will be given to candidates with an existing relationship with strong partners in-region
- Own and meet assigned sales targets (co-owned by channel managers) by working closely with partner sales teams
- Collaborate with various internal functions like presales, customer success, marketing, and support to ensure seamless support for partners and customers
- Understand local markets thoroughly including factors influencing buyer s decisions like economy, technology, and so on
- Assist partners on issues with conversions, objection handling, providing necessary resources to achieve closure
- Discover and implement new / market-specific lead generation exercises to expand/grow existing account base, working closely with marketing teams, CSM and reseller sales teams
- Be the single point of contact for partners for all things technical
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and follow up for partners on customer queries
- Arrange online training sessions and ensure the partner is up to speed with whats new in the product
- Handle incoming support tickets from partners, manage escalations from partners/customers
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication of English.
- Thai nationality
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Be willing to work in required shifts as per region allotted
- Demonstrate high project management skills, scope management, resource planning, task tracking, and budget management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to travel as required to territory aligned
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach on projects
