Senior Manager – Technology Transformation

You will drive enterprise initiatives, improve delivery capabilities, and shape scalable, future-ready ways of working. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across technology and business functions

• Design and implement target operating models to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment

• Translate high-level business objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution plans

• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and drive outcomes

• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery performance, streamline processes, and optimize ways of working

• Support the adoption of modern technology practices and frameworks across teams

• Define success metrics and track progress of transformation initiatives

• Act as a key bridge between business, technology, and delivery teams

Ideal Profile:

• 8–15 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, management consulting, or related fields

• Strong exposure to large-scale transformation programs within complex organizations

• Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders

• Solid understanding of technology environments (e.g., software delivery, cloud, or enterprise systems)

• Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-solving mindset

• Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments is a plus

• Excellent communication skills in English
