Our client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Product Owner to oversee their global IT service management platform. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing both technical and functional aspects of the platform. The successful candidate will ensure that the products meet business expectations while managing infrastructure, providers, integrations, UI/UX, and maintaining security and support at company standards.

What you'll do:

As a ServiceNow Product Owner, your primary responsibility will be overseeing our client's global IT service management platform. You'll manage both technical and functional aspects of the platform, ensuring they align with business expectations. Your role will involve implementing governance around the platform, managing integrations with third-party tools, ensuring security compliance, and defining action plans to improve platform usage. You'll also be tasked with monitoring team progress and managing backlogs of requests and incidents.

  • Manage the technical and functional team responsible for the full platform
  • Implement governance around the platform to ensure build requests are well understood and prioritised based on business strategy
  • Ensure product development aligns with business requirements and strategy
  • Monitor and report on team progress, including providing regular updates on development status, issues encountered, and any risks or obstacles
  • Manage integrations with third-party tools and services to ensure seamless functionality and interoperability
  • Ensure security and compliance
  • Manage run backlog of both requests and incidents
  • Define an action plan to improve the usage of the platform

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this ServiceNow Product Owner position brings a wealth of experience in SNOW from study to implementation and platform management. With over 10 years of experience under your belt, you have a strong drive to change current setups, habits, and ways of working. Your expertise in ITSM / CSM modules coupled with your strong knowledge in ServiceNow makes you an invaluable asset. You're comfortable managing a team of developers and can effectively manage an annual SNOW budget. Fluency in English is required; French language skills would be advantageous.

  • Masters' degree from business or engineering school
  • +10 years of proven experience in SNOW from study to implementation and platform management
  • Strong drive to change current setup / habits / ways of working
  • Ability to influence and convince others
  • Expertise on ITSM / CSM modules
  • Strong knowledge in ServiceNow
  • Experience managing +10 FTE, mainly developers
  • Ability to manage an annual SNOW budget (+5M€)
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
