Robotic Process Automation Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality automation solutions across the organization. This role will focus on driving end-to-end RPA initiatives using UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate, ensuring scalable and sustainable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of RPA projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
• Oversee the development of automation solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution scope.
• Manage RPA resources, vendors, and technical teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Enable the growth of our automation capabilities with a focus on achieving significant efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements in automation deployments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RPA delivery using UiPath, Blue Prism, and/or Power Automate.
• Strong project and team management skills, with experience in end-to-end RPA implementation.
• Ability to work closely with business and IT teams to translate processes into automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
