Salesforce Developer

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team in Bangkok. This role will require you to coordinate with business stakeholders, identify business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platform.

What you'll do:

As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also be tasked with the daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the platform. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English will be essential in this role. Furthermore, your knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, SAFe, DevOps and your experience with technology tools like Jira and Confluence will be invaluable.

• Identify business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain the connected Salesforce platform on a daily basis.
• Develop and maintain the Salesforce system.
• Communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
• Apply project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, SAFe, DevOps.
• Utilise technology tools such as Jira and Confluence.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Salesforce Developer position brings excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. You have proven experience in Salesforce.com or large CRM transformation projects and are familiar with the Salesforce system. Your proficiency in project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, SAFe, DevOps is a must-have for this role. Additionally, your experience with technology tools such as Jira and Confluence will set you apart. A Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is required.
