Our client is seeking a Performance Engineer (Neoload) to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the implementation and maintenance of performance measurement tools, providing support and guidance to teams executing performance tests. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the performance strategy with the tech lead, ensuring product and technical upgrades.
What you'll do:
As a Performance Engineer (Neoload), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of performance measurement tools. You will be responsible for scripting, running, and reporting on performance tests. Your ability to propose alternative or complementary solutions will be highly valued. Ensuring product and technical upgrades will be part of your daily tasks. You will provide support and guidance to teams in scripting, executing tests, and analyzing results. Your contribution to the automation of performance tests through the software factory will be significant. You will also develop comprehensive performance tests and run mocks for API.
- Oversee the implementation and operational maintenance of performance measurement tools.

What you bring:
The ideal Performance Engineer candidate brings a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. They have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and hold a NeoLoad Professional Certification. Their strong analytical skills and attention to detail enable them to identify and troubleshoot performance issues effectively. They are capable of developing and running comprehensive performance tests as well as mocks for API. A collaborative mindset allows them to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
