About Business Development Manager ,this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company's presence in Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for account planning, customer success, and retention strategy, while also managing internal sales collaboration and communication. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving business growth.

As a Business Development Manager for Software as a Service & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future in Thailand. You will be at the forefront of developing sales strategies that drive business growth. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be crucial in identifying opportunities for upselling and growing the business. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll ensure that proposals and pricing are accurate. Your expertise in our products and services will position you as a trusted advisor to our clients. In addition to these responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to coach and mentor others within your expanding role.

  • Design and re-evaluate sales strategy and go-to-market activity
  • Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential upsell/growth of business
  • Collaborate with key customer stakeholders, pre-sales and solutions to ensure proposals & pricing are accurate
  • Identify problem statements, collaborate to identify solutions and use case examples
  • Develop/Maintain a customer relationship network and product partnership relationships via regular external meetings and site visits
  • Develop world-class knowledge of the products and services range, placing you as an “expert” in your field
  • Support (pre-closure) project planning, pricing queries, client queries and monitor deadlines
  • Coach / mentor / manage others within the expanding role

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in ITSM/CRM/SaaS or Cloud. You will have a proven track record of selling into diverse industries and a detailed understanding of account planning strategy. Your passion for stakeholder engagement and building business relationships will be key to your success in this role. As a confident communicator in both English and Thai, you'll be able to persuade others with your credible personal style. Your ability to adapt to changing trends and work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. Additionally, your understanding of pricing, margins, cost management, P&L and methods of delivery will be invaluable.

  • Experience in ITSM/CRM/SaaS or Cloud (From Product or SI)
  • Experience selling into diverse industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Marine/Logistics, Transport, Infrastructure, F&B, Public Sector
  • Experience in detailed account planning strategy
  • Passionate about stakeholder engagement and business relationships
  • Confident English and Thai communicator with a persuasive personal style
  • Agility working in a fast-moving environment within a highly mobilized team
  • Experience in organizing face-to-face meetings with stakeholders with the objective of setting and maximizing goals
  • Adaptable to changing trends in a professional or expanding environment
  • Understanding of pricing, margins, cost management, P&L and methods of delivery
