Our client is seeking a dedicated Global CRM Service Lead to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to users across various regions, serving as the initial point of contact for CRM-related inquiries.

As a Global CRM Service Lead, your role will be pivotal in providing essential support to users across various regions. You will serve as the first point of contact for all CRM-related inquiries, ensuring smooth operations by swiftly addressing and resolving simple technical issues.

Key Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary contact for global Microsoft Dynamics CRM support
  • Handle basic inquiries, simple tickets, and general system guidance
  • Categorize tickets by complexity, resolving routine issues and escalating complex ones as needed
  • Use knowledge base resources to address minor malfunctions or user errors
  • Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and contribute to the CRM knowledge base
  • Coordinate effectively with regional and 2nd Level support teams for seamless issue handoffs
  • Provide end users with basic guidance on system use, simple tasks, and common troubleshooting

Key Requirement:

  • Proven knowledge of core functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM focusing on basic troubleshooting and common user issues
  • Experience in a helpdesk or 1st Level Support role, ideally with CRM systems or other enterprise software
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Proficiency in English is a must (other regional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to efficiently log, track, and manage support tickets using a ticketing system
  • Ability to swiftly address routine technical issues and exercise sound judgment in identifying cases requiring escalation
  • Ability to lead and advise team effectively
