Save job

A leading global organisation is seeking an IT Services Financial and Contract Manager to join their Bangkok team. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape the commercial backbone of service and project delivery, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-centric outcomes across multiple operating entities. You will be at the heart of financial stewardship, contract management, and stakeholder partnership, driving cost efficiency and business success.

What you'll do:

As an IT Services Financial and Contract Manager based in Bangkok, you will play a crucial role in shaping the commercial landscape of service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing contracts from negotiation through execution while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will govern financial operations such as budgeting, invoicing, timesheet administration, forecasting costs and revenues, resolving disputes, processing credit notes, and handling back-charging across various operating entities. Building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams will be essential as you align service delivery with business objectives. You will drive billing management processes using platforms like ServiceNow PPM while supporting provider management and contingent budgeting. Planning SAP WBS for project services alongside procurement tracking will form part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will enable new service launches by overseeing commercial implementation phases for innovative solutions. Success in this role requires a commitment to continuous improvement—optimising KPIs for efficiency—and a collaborative approach that supports communal goals within a supportive leadership structure.

  • Lead the management of contracts for IT services and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all obligations are met and relevant regulations are adhered to.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with providers and partners while maintaining compliance standards throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Govern financial processes including budget planning, invoice handling, timesheet tracking, cost forecasting, revenue projections, accruals management, dispute resolution, credit note processing, and back-charging across operating entities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for both services and projects; implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness while continuously tracking product-level commercials.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as clients and internal teams to build dependable relationships that support communal goals and align delivery with broader business objectives.
  • Drive core commercial processes including billing management, spend control measures, preparation of ad-hoc reports for senior leadership, PPM process management via ServiceNow platform, provider management support, and contingent budgeting activities.
  • Plan and manage SAP Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for project services; oversee procurement tracking systems; approve purchase requests; manage Fieldglass checklist processing; execute Run/Project Order Agreements in alignment with inter-departmental requirements.
  • Enable new service launches by steering the commercial implementation phase for innovations while ensuring adherence to central standards defined by the wider team.
  • Support governance initiatives by executing structured planning activities that ensure compliance at scale within a collaborative framework.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise delivery models and cost structures in response to evolving business needs.
