Project Manager (Financial Services)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with global business and technology teams. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Thai and English. Experience in brokerage or banking is preferred; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timeline, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Lead project discovery, requirement gathering, planning, and execution activities.

• Act as a key liaison between management, business users, IT development teams, and global stakeholders.

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, including plans, reports, and approvals.

• Participate in vendor processes such as solution design, submission, evaluation, and review.

• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and proactively implement solutions.

• Prepare regular project status updates and detailed reports for senior management.

• Continuously improve project management processes and identify opportunities for new initiatives.

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 4–6 years of proven experience in project management.

• Background in financial services, brokerage, or banking is preferred.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and stakeholder influence.

• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (written and spoken).

• Mandarin language skills are an advantage due to frequent coordination with China-based teams.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive mindset.
