Lead Product Designer (B2B SaaS / Enterprise Platform)

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is seeking a Lead Product Designer to help scale an AI-powered platform for frontline and deskless workers used by enterprise clients. This role focuses on transforming complex data into simple, engaging experiences and building a scalable design system to support growth from startup to industry standard.

About the Role

A fast-growing B2B technology company is building an AI-powered platform for frontline and deskless workers, used by large enterprise clients across multiple industries. The company is expanding and looking for a Lead Product Designer to help scale the product from a high-growth startup into an industry-standard platform.

This role goes beyond screen design — you will architect the Design Operating System, shaping how complex enterprise data is transformed into simple, engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Information Architecture (IA) for the Admin Portal (content, users, analytics, reporting)

• Build and govern a unified Design System across Web & Mobile (supporting migration to Flutter)

• Lead and mentor a Product Designer, growing them from UI execution into senior product thinking

• Conduct hands-on user research, directly engaging with frontline staff and enterprise stakeholders

• Partner closely with the VP of Product on roadmap and strategy (AI performance & behavior-change features)

• Facilitate product and design workshops to align stakeholders and clarify complex problems

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design / UX experience (around 10 years total preferred)

• Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B web apps or dashboards (logic & problem-solving focused)

• Experience creating or maintaining Design Systems

• Experience with EdTech, Gamification, or LMS platforms

• Familiarity with mobile constraints (iOS/Android) and Flutter
