About the Transition and Acceptance Director (Service Delivery Lead) Role:
The Transition and Acceptance Director will be in charge of ensuring the smooth transition of projects between the development team to the IT Support team, as well as ensuring the positive impact toward the users. This role offers a competitive base salary with competitive benefits.
Lead the planning and execution of IT transition programs and projects to align with the organisation's strategic goals and objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify IT transition opportunities and prioritise them based on business value
Work closely with IT teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of new IT solutions and systems
Develop and maintain user acceptance testing (UAT) frameworks and processes to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and user expectations
Establish and maintain governance processes to ensure that the IT transition initiatives are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and policies
Manage the IT transition budget and track the ROI of the initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that IT transition initiatives are aligned with business needs
Lead change management efforts to ensure that the organisation's culture, processes, and systems support the IT transition initiatives
Develop and maintain expertise in emerging technologies and IT trends to inform the IT transition strategy
Develop a agile transition program to meet L1 and L2 team day to day operation
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
English fluency is a must
Great understanding of project and process management
Process leadership and ability to communicate clearly with the stakeholders
The IT Transition and Acceptance Director is typically based in an office environment, with occasional travel to other company locations or to attend conferences and events. The position may require occasional work outside of regular business hours to ensure that IT transition initiatives are delivered on time and with minimal disruption to the business
