About the Digital Transformation Consultant Role (Manager - Senior Manager) Role:

This position is to build the digital transformation team inside our Thailand consulting practice. Digital transformation is not implementing digital solutions to client but analysing client’s business environment and characteristic, understanding the practical digital solution that can be utilised in the market, designing the blueprint of how companies should apply in order to get most out of the digital solutions. Digital solutions include, Big Data Analysis for CRM, Marketing/Supply Chain Planning/Forecast Simulation, Industrial Engineering IoT for preventive maintenance, monitoring and automatic solution inside factory (Smart Factory)/IoT for transportation optimisation using GPS/Demand Simulation for retail business/preventive medical solutions for medical industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding and influencing team members using company philosophy
• High business consulting expertise in digital transformation consulting service from strategy to execution
• Understanding of the industry of manufacturing, automotive, consumer product and retail/distribution, financial institution
• Solution design of digital transformation services from past experience and group services
• Solution design of digital transformation services using business partners capabilities
• Business strategy design of the consulting services to provide and business development activities to go to the market to perform pre-sales
• Project management of the digital transformation consulting services
• Hiring and developing talent to build potential DX team
• Deliver consulting project as Project Manager and manage entire project from planning, control, risk management and closing
• Building strong relationship with CxO levels for Thai companies in order to provide solutions to the market.
• Delivering public seminar/webinar related to Digital Transformation
• High expertise and best practices of following consulting area (AI/Block Chain/RPA/IoT/Big Data)

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in project management for business consulting project.

Key Requirements:

• Over 10 years of strategic technology consulting or business consulting experience
• Minimum three projects or solutions that can be show cased to potential clients
• Experience in team development (partial) in business consulting firm
• Experience working for business consulting firm
• Experience of sales closing and target achievement
• Two positive referral from previous business consulting company
• Comprehensive digital transformation solution skills
• Digital transformation strategy, benchmarking, ROI assessment skills
• Business partner management skills
• Leadership, coaching and team development skills
• Competency skills (business presentation, logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the consulting project
• Business consulting project management skills, not just technology PM experience, must have initiating, controlling and closing experience in business consulting
• Language skills: English (Business proficiency level), Thai (Native level), Japanese (Basic writing and listening)
• Digital solution implementation skills
