Product Manager

About the Product Manager Role:

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Product Manager will play a key role in the product team working closely with commercial, technical team in HQ and work with various stakeholders to meet business requirement. They are continued growth and success in its Bangkok office delivering awesome marketplace platform to drive the business further to the future.

The salary range for this role is THB120k - 200k per month + flexible working hour + decent healthcare insurance + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local business stakeholders to identify and quantify technology enablers to grow the business
• Design and implement integrated product solutions under fast-paced working environment
• Prepare the initial draft product requirement document with impact metrics, and represent local viewpoints in prioritisation exercises with the platform product manager
• Has ownership of the product launch in the country; conducts user acceptance tests, assists in framing and execution of test cases, and communicates post-launch feedback to business and platform product stakeholders
• Initiate and collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality and performance
• Have a hands-on attitude - the product manager must be willing and able to "dive deep" into the inner works of our platform and ecommerce and become a product expert in it
• Assist the incident management team in bug / incident prioritisation and give local insights to ensure adequate assignment of engineering resources

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and clear logical thinking.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, technology or equivalent professional experience
• At least four to six years of work experience in managing the design, planning of product solution and product feature prioritisation
• Cross-disciplinary overview of business functions such as marketplace operations, marketing, logistics, accounting and finance a plus
• Equipped with domain knowledge about e-commerce related products
• Exhibit time management skills and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges
• Must have an empathetic approach to problem solving. Demonstrates a sense of ownership
• Previous management and leadership experience
