Job Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions within the banking industry. This role will act as a key bridge between business requirements and technical delivery, supporting core banking transformation, enterprise integration, and modern architecture initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong experience in Java / Spring Boot, exposure to Python, and an interest in AI adoption and modern technology transformation in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise banking and digital transformation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to define architecture and solution direction
• Design and govern architecture across microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and enterprise integrations
• Review current systems and recommend improvements for modernization, scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Support integration with core banking systems and surrounding enterprise platforms
• Facilitate technical discussions, solution workshops, and architecture alignment sessions
• Provide technical guidance throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to implementation
• Promote best practices in system design, architecture governance, and software engineering standards
• Support the adoption of modern technologies, AI-enabled tools, and intelligent engineering practices where applicable
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and enterprise technology standard

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in software engineering, system design, or solution architecture
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Backend Engineering Lead
• Strong hands-on experience in Java / Spring Boot
• Working knowledge of Python for automation, integration, backend services, or AI-related use cases
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other enterprise-scale environments
• Strong knowledge of system integration, distributed systems, and enterprise application design
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile delivery, and modern engineering practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in core banking systems, such as lending, deposits, payments, or customer platforms
• Exposure to banking transformation, modernization, or enterprise integration programs
• Familiarity with Kafka, messaging platforms, or asynchronous system design
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of AI adoption in software delivery, engineering workflow, or intelligent system design
• Previous experience in consulting, SI, or large-scale transformation environments
