Regional Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Technology Support Specialist with strong experience supporting trading and post-trade environments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business users and regional technology teams to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for trading and operational systems to ensure stable and reliable business operations.
• Work closely with business users, operations, and settlement teams to support accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Support reconciliation and settlement processes, investigate system issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose incidents, and coordinate resolution with internal technology teams and external vendors.
• Assist in system upgrades, configuration changes, patches, and testing activities.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation for applications, infrastructure, and support procedures.
• Support regulatory and operational reporting by ensuring system data accuracy and integrity.
• Participate in operational reviews, incident management, and project-related activities.
• Support the rollout, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and new functionality.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to end users when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience supporting mission-critical IT systems in trading, financial services, or capital markets environments.
• Solid understanding of trading operations and post-trade processes, including reconciliation and settlement workflows.
• Experience supporting trading platforms, back-office systems, or financial market infrastructure.
• Familiarity with market data systems, trading technologies, or regulatory reporting environments is an advantage.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including desktop environments, networks, and data center operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Thai and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a regional team environment.
