Regional Technology Support Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Technology Support Specialist with strong experience supporting trading and post-trade environments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business users and regional technology teams to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical operational systems.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex technical issues, and are passionate about delivering high-quality system support while continuously improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for trading and operational systems to ensure stable and reliable business operations.
- Work closely with business users, operations, and settlement teams to support accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Support reconciliation and settlement processes, investigate system issues, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose incidents, and coordinate resolution with internal technology teams and external vendors.
- Assist in system upgrades, configuration changes, patches, and testing activities.
- Maintain technical and operational documentation for applications, infrastructure, and support procedures.
- Support regulatory and operational reporting by ensuring system data accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in operational reviews, incident management, and project-related activities.
- Support the rollout, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and new functionality.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to end users when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience supporting mission-critical IT systems in trading, financial services, or capital markets environments.
- Solid understanding of trading operations and post-trade processes, including reconciliation and settlement workflows.
- Experience supporting trading platforms, back-office systems, or financial market infrastructure.
- Familiarity with market data systems, trading technologies, or regulatory reporting environments is an advantage.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including desktop environments, networks, and data center operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Thai and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a regional team environment.
