• Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure (preferably AWS), microservices architecture patterns, event-driven systems (such as Kafka), containerisation (Kubernetes), and DevOps automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams—including software development, QA/testing, DevOps/Cloud Engineering—and foster a collaborative environment that supports shared goals.
• Strong background in integrating digital insurance platforms with third-party providers or legacy systems while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder engagement across technical teams, business leaders, vendors/partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/SCRUM) with hands-on experience creating detailed project plans covering resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, budgeting, and reporting.
• Track record of driving process improvements through automation (CI/CD pipelines), monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), or workflow optimisation initiatives within technology-driven organisations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences while building consensus around key decisions affecting project outcomes.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Thai is highly desirable given the local context.
