Head of IT Transformation

Lead enterprise IT transformation focused on SAP modernization, automation, application and security to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready technology aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT transformation strategy focused on SAP modernization, automation, and application security.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation, upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations across core business functions.
• Develop and govern a multi-year Technology Roadmap covering SAP, automation, enterprise applications, and data/analytics.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into secure, scalable technology solutions.
• Drive automation across business and IT processes to improve efficiency and operational control.
• Establish and enforce IT governance, architecture standards, and security-by-design principles.
• Ensure strong application security, access control, segregation of duties, and compliance across SAP and enterprise systems.
• Oversee delivery of transformation programs, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality outcomes.
• Build and lead high-performing IT transformation teams and manage strategic technology partners.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading SAP modernization or ERP transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering automation initiatives integrated with enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated responsibility for application security, governance, and controls.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and modernization best practices.
• Solid knowledge of automation and process optimization.
• Strong foundation in application security, compliance, and risk management.
• Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capability.
• Results-driven mindset with strong focus on business value and risk mitigation.
