IT Service Delivery Senior Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Senior Manager.This role works closely with a global IT team to deliver premium IT services to clients across the EMEA region. It serves as the key link between clients and global support teams, ensuring high service quality, effective escalation management, and a consistently exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the regional escalation authority for IT service and support issues across EMEA
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with business leaders and regional stakeholders
• Define, govern, and continuously improve IT service quality and Level 1 support standards
• Lead proactive problem management, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional resolution initiatives
• Own regional service performance metrics, reporting, and executive dashboards
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and consistent service delivery across business units and IT teams in EMEA

Key Requirements:

• Experience in IT service excellence, escalation management, or technical account roles
• Proven experience managing regional or multi-country IT service operations
• Strong background in service quality management, vendor governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with POS and PMS systems and their impact on business operations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
