IT Manager

Our clients are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and optimize the company’s technology operations. This role is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and driving digital initiatives, including AI adoption that support overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT systems, infrastructure, devices, services, and policies in line with Group standards.
• Collaborate with staff to assess requirements and deliver reliable IT solutions that support operational goals.
• Oversee development, maintenance, and optimisation of infrastructure, applications, and data systems.
• Ensure secure data management, including access control, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, contracts, vendor relationships, and service performance while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain service excellence through proactive support, clear communication, and KPI monitoring.
• Enforce IT and cybersecurity policies, maintain data protection standards, and coordinate risk and incident management.
• Monitor network performance, plan preventive maintenance, and resolve urgent IT issues.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and procedures to support efficient IT operations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and AI adoption.
• Manage device governance, asset onboarding, and endpoint security compliance.
• Conduct operational and vendor risk assessments, including third-party reviews.

Key Competencies

• Extensive experience in IT service operations, technical support, and project coordination.
• Strong bilingual communication capabilities in English and Thai.
• Advanced skills in analysis, problem-solving, and informed decision-making.
• Practical exposure to core network infrastructure and server environments.
• Working knowledge of virtualization platforms and modern workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with multiple operating systems across various environments.
