Head of Digital & Technology Transformation

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking an Head of Digital and Technology Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives, IT operations, and cybersecurity. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of technology, projects, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with business units, external partners, and vendors to drive IT and digital initiatives effectively.
• oversee cybersecurity policies, strategy, training, and compliance and local regulations.
• Ensure IT and telecommunications systems are robust, secure, and scalable to support operational needs.
• Engage with industry peers, benchmark best practices, and promote a culture of digital transformation across the organization.
• Define and execute IT and digital roadmaps aligned with business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Lead strategic IT and digital projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timely delivery, and effective risk management.
• Mentor and inspire IT and digital teams, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Over a decade of experience in senior IT leadership and strategic technology roles.
• Holds a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge in IT architecture, infrastructure, application development and deployment, cybersecurity, and program management.
• Demonstrates strong leadership with a focus on business outcomes and driving digital transformation.
• Agile, collaborative, and committed to fostering innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
