CTO

The CTO will lead the company’s global technology strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support business expansion across Southeast Asia, the United States, and Europe. • Develop and implement a cohesive global technology strategy that aligns with evolving business goals and market demands across Southeast Asia, the United States, and Europe.
• Drive the creation and enhancement of digital products, platforms, and services by leveraging emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, and data analytics.
• Oversee large-scale digital transformation projects aimed at modernising existing systems and integrating scalable cloud-based solutions to improve efficiency and agility.
• Champion process optimisation through automation initiatives that streamline operations across various departments within the organisation.
• Design and lead an AI strategy focused on product innovation, customer experience improvement, and operational efficiency gains.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of AI technologies while collaborating with data science teams to unlock actionable insights.
• Ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure supporting global operations by implementing best practices in cybersecurity and maintaining compliance with international standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Manage disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies to safeguard critical systems against potential disruptions.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing technology teams distributed across different regions while fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and ongoing learning.
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership by communicating technology vision clearly to stakeholders both internally and externally, representing the company at industry events.

• Extensive experience serving as CTO or holding another senior technology leadership position within multinational organisations operating across diverse markets.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles combined with hands-on knowledge of systems architecture design for enterprise-level IT environments.
• Proven track record in leading successful digital transformation programmes that include legacy system modernisation and cloud migration initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute AI-driven strategies that enhance product offerings as well as internal processes.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams while navigating complex regional regulatory requirements related to technology deployment.
