What you'll do:

As a Regional Information Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Site IT team/resources across various factories and sites. You will act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related topics with suppliers and CDC teams. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring efficient ticket management, providing infrastructure support on-site, maintaining governance and security, and managing demand business requirements for the factory or office. Additionally, you will oversee OT Asset IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management and plan/manage the factory/site's IT budget.

* Manage the Site IT team/resources in various factories and sites
* Act as a point of contact for IT supplier and CDC teams for IT related topics
* Ensure efficient Ticket Management, Ticket Triage and Escalation
* Provide Infrastructure support/delivery onsite
* Maintain Governance and security onsite
* Collect and manage the demand business requirements for factory/office
* Provide IT Build project management
* Ensure OT Asset IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management
* Plan and manage factory/site IT Budget and cost control

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Information Technology Manager position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in Information Systems under your belt, you have spent at least 5 years honing your skills in the field of IT. Your 2+ years of experience in an IT management role has equipped you with strong leadership abilities. Fluent English communication skills are essential for this role. Your experience managing complex global projects demonstrates your ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in Information Systems
* 5+ years prior experience in IT
* 2+ years prior experience in an IT management role
* Fluent English communication skills & good local language skills of the major country of responsibility
* 2 years of experience in project management of complex global projects.
* Experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping.
* Experience with manufacturing operations methods, process, and change management is an advantage.
* Experience in complex stakeholder scenarios, cross-functional problem solving and advanced understanding of IT procedures and policies.
