IT Manager

Our client is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT systems across all locations. In this key role, you’ll manage POS and ERP platforms, drive cybersecurity compliance, and lead digital transformation initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous availability of core IT infrastructure and business-critical applications
• Manage the IT Helpdesk and provide hands-on support for all departments
• Monitor and optimize IT resource usage, budgets, and vendor performance
• Generate reports and recommendations for senior management
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT and cybersecurity policies
• Architect reliable IT systems across HQ and branches (LAN/WAN, cloud, on-premise)
• Administer and secure POS networks, cloud services, and web infrastructure
• Establish disaster recovery protocols and manage IT asset inventory
• Lead digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Spearhead implementation of ERP, POS and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QuickSight)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system analysis, design, and rollout
• Define standards for software development and application usage

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in retail
• Familiarity with POS systems and ERP (e.g., MS Dynamics 365 BC)
• Strong experience with BI tools, especially Microsoft Power BI or Amazon QuickSight
• Proven capability in managing DevOps and infrastructure teams
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, VPNs, Firewalls, LAN/WAN
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
